Possession of Meth, Dismissed

Clients were charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, a fourth-degree felony. After reviewing the evidence, it was clear that the search of their car was illegal and violated their Fourth Amendment Constitutional rights.

Mr. Lahann filed a Motion to Suppress all evidence in their combined cases. On October 8, 2013, a hearing was held and Judge Darren Kugler agreed that our clients’ rights were violated. He ordered that all evidence in the cases be suppressed. The State filed a dismissal of both clients’ charges the next day.
