Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor – Not Guilty Verdict (2/1/2017)

Client was accused of sexually abusing a teen aged relative. Cross-examination at trial exposed that her story of the alleged rape was implausible and outrageous. The jury acquitted our client on all charges.
